  • Our Local Delivery Area covers most areas of Great Toronto Areas from our Vaughan Studio. Toronto, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, New Market, Markham, Aurora, and Mississauga are all covered.
  • Our courier daily pick up time window at our studio is 11:00am to 12:30pm and their delivery window is either " 1pm to 5pm" or "5pm to 9pm" depends on the deliver area. Special holidays such as, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, we will arrange special early pick up in our studio and the delivery time window will be up to the courier's route.
  • Please email us or leave us a note if you need a special delivery time, eg, AM delivery. 
  • The Local Delivery Fee will be charged at the Check-Out Page:
    • $15 for order value between $35 min to $100
    • Free delivery for order value over $100
  • Delivery Date will be chosen in the Cart Page.  
    • From this online shop, we offer next day delivery
    • The daily cut off time is 11:00PM
  • Should you need same day or specific timing delivery, please visit our Uber Florist Shop 
  • It is our clients' responsibility to make sure that during the Delivery Date, people over 18 years old be at the delivery address to receive the flowers. Please leave detailed delivery information at the check out page, like phone #, buzz code, etc.
